It has taken me a very long time to put the information on these pages together myself. I have had help here and there and all credit goes to those individuals who have taken some of their time to help me when I have been up against a brick wall.

I have done this deliberately to protect my data and to protect the things which other people may have worked hard themselves to obtain.
